THE 100 DAY PHYSICAL AND MENTAL CHALLENGE BUILT TO BREAK NEGATIVE HABITS AND START POSITIVE HABITS WHILST LEADING A HEALTHY LIFESTYLE ON YOUR JOURNEY TO SUCCESS.

PROJECT PR NEUR. IS CREATED TO GET AN INDIVIDUAL OUT OF YOUR COMFORT ZONE AND PUSH BOTH MENTAL AND PHYSICAL BARRIERS FOR THOU SELVES.  

THROUGH MY PERSONAL JOURNEY GROWING UP AS AN ENTREPRENEUR, ATHLETE AND STUDENT I WAS INTRIGUED BY THE SUCCESS OF THOSE BEFORE ME AND TOOK UPON MYSELF TO STUDY THE HABITS, DIETS AND LIFESTYLE THAT HELPED THE BEST ALONG THEIR JOURNEY. I ALWAYS SAY “LEARN AND EARN” BUT DEFINITELY DO BOTH.

I STUDIED THE WORLDS HIGH ACHIEVING INDIVIDUALS I MUST SAY THEY DID NOT HAVE THE EXACT SAME ROUTINES OR HABITS BUT ALL GENERALLY HAD SPECIFIC HABITS, DISCIPLINE AND BELIEF ALLOWING THEM TO MAXIMISE THEIR POTENTIAL; PROJECT PR NEUR. IS A SELECTION OF 7.

PROJECT PR NEUR.
  1. WAKE UP BEFORE 8:00AM
  2. REPEAT PERSONAL POSITIVE DAILY AFFIRMATIONS 
  3. EXERCISE FOR 1 HOUR A EACH DAY 
  4. FOLLOW A HEALTHY DIET 
  5. DEDICATE 1 HOUR TO LEARNING A NEW SKILL 
  6. WRITE IN PERSONAL JOURNAL 
  7. READ AT LEAST 10 PAGES A DAY
