What size should I choose?

Our products are designed with a modern, true-to-size fit. Please refer to the Size Guide on each product page for detailed measurements before placing your order.

How long will my order take to arrive?

UK Next Business Day Delivery is available on orders placed before 2:00pm (GMT), Monday to Thursday.

International delivery typically takes 3+ business days. Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location.

Can I track my order?

Yes. Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking information. If you’ve provided a mobile number, you may also receive tracking updates via SMS.

What is your returns policy?

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery, provided items are unworn, unwashed, in their original condition and returned with all tags attached.

How do I exchange an item?

If you’d like to exchange your item for a different size, please contact our Customer Service team within 14 days of receiving your order. Exchanges are subject to availability.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes. We offer international delivery to selected countries via DHL Tracked Delivery.

Please note that orders shipped outside the UK may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major debit and credit cards, along with the payment methods available at checkout, including Shop Pay, Apple Pay and Google Pay where supported.

Will sold-out items be restocked?

Selected products may be restocked depending on demand. Sign up to our mailing list or use the back-in-stock notification on the product page to be notified when your size becomes available.

How should I care for my garments?

Please follow the care instructions provided on the garment label. Proper care will help maintain the quality, fit and longevity of your PRNEUR products.
