REFUNDS & EXCHANGES

At PR NEUR, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with your purchase. Our Exchange and Return Policy is designed to be transparent, fair, and accommodating. Please read the following guidelines carefully to understand how we handle exchanges and returns.
Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges:
Defective or Damaged Items: We thoroughly inspect each item before shipping to maintain quality standards. In the unlikely event that you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact our Customer Service team within 7 days of receiving your order.
Incorrect Items: If you receive an item different from the one you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order, and we will arrange for the correct item to be shipped to you.
Size and Fit Issues: If you have concerns about the size or fit of your purchase, we encourage you to refer to our sizing chart before placing your order. However, if the item doesn't meet your expectations, we accept returns for unworn and unwashed items within 14 days of receipt.  
Returns and Exchange Process:
Authorization: To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our Customer Service team at [customer.service@prneur.com] within the specified time frame for your situation. Provide your order number, a description of the issue, and any relevant photos.
Approval: Once your request is approved, you will receive detailed instructions on how to return the item. Please ensure the product is in its original packaging and includes all tags and accessories.
Shipping: Customers are responsible for shipping costs associated with returns, except in cases of defective or incorrect items. PR NEUR will cover the shipping costs for sending replacement items.  
Refunds and Credits:
Refunds: Refunds will be processed within 7 business days of receiving the returned item. The refund will be issued to the original payment method. Store Credits: Customers opting for an exchange will be issued a store credit for the value of the returned item, which can be used for a future purchase.  
Non-Returnable Items:
Final Sale Items: Items marked as final sale cannot be returned or exchanged. Hygiene Products: For hygiene reasons, certain items such as underwear and swimwear are non-returnable unless defective.
